Recover son...
23/1 - This week has been pretty cruise and not all that hectic on the running front. After the race, I had five days off running but I did ride two of those days, fairly easy but just spun the legs. Overall, I have felt pretty good since the event, eating well, sleeping as much as I can and getting ready to hit it pretty hard for the next 11 weeks in the build up to DU135.Having run the last couple of days, there is still a bit of pain in my right hip but I am really doing my best to ignore it so I can get on with things. Heres hoping it frees up and Im running completely pain free sooner rather than later. Heck knows I need it!I have also kicked things up again with some coaching. I have gained a position coaching cross country at Shalom one afternoon a week and also met this week with a potential client. It is good to be back in that game and I look forward to the coming year getting that underway. I love it when opportunity just comes your way!Appart from that friends, not a lot to report on! I am starting to organise some logistics for DU135 (crew, travel etc) and I can not wait to get down there an have another chop at that course....if it dosent spit me out! Time shall tell. Thanks for the love guys and Ill catch y'all soon. Peace.
